He has a strong background in instructional leadership, school culture, teacher coaching, restorative practices, and student support, with a demonstrated commitment to creating welcoming, high-expectation learning environments where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Throughout his career, Arion has led professional development, supported data-driven instructional cycles, strengthened family and community partnerships, and implemented systems that promote safety, consistency, equity, and student achievement. He holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership, a Master’s in Music Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, bringing together a unique blend of academic leadership, cultural responsiveness, trauma-sensitive practices, and creative arts education to support the whole child.

Autumn Lewis is a dedicated and experienced educator and administrator with over two decades of service at F.H. Jenkins Preparatory School. With a strong background in elementary education and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, she specializes in mathematics and science instruction, student-centered learning, and classroom management. As a leader in STEAM education, she co-founded the school's STEAM program, coordinated science & STEAM fairs, and the annual STEAM Week of Prayer. A doctoral candidate in educational administration, Mrs. Lewis is committed to fostering innovative learning environments and enhancing academic excellence through strategic program development and teacher training.

April currently serves as an Internal Auditor at Meharry Medical College, where she champions compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
